Most Convenient Water Filters: Stay healthy while you stay hydrated, no matter the source.

The Most Convenient Water Filter

CamelBaks built-in filters ensure safe and convenient drinking water anywhere! They’re designed to remove contaminants and improve the taste of water sourced from outdoor environments or from anywhere water quality is questionable, making them ideal for hiking, camping, and travel.

Types of Filters

CamelBak LifeStraw Reservoir Filter Kit: integrates the renowned and robust LifeStraw filter technology with CamelBak's hydration reservoirs.

LifeStraw filtration capabilities:

Microbiological Protection: removes 99.999999% of bacteria (including E. coli), 99.999% of parasites (including Giardia and Cryptosporidium), and 99.999% of microplastics.

Improved Taste: reduces chlorine, bad odors, and tastes from water.

Ease of Use: the filter fits seamlessly into the reservoir hose, allowing users to drink directly through the bite valve.

CamelBak All Clear: uses UV technology to purify water. This system includes a UV light cap that treats water in the bottle by neutralizing harmful bacteria, viruses, and protozoa.

Rapid Purification: takes just 60 seconds to treat 0.75 liters of water.

Battery Powered: The UV light cap is rechargeable via USB, providing multiple treatments per charge.

Visual Indicator: Includes a clear display to indicate when water is safe to drink.

The Benefits of Built-in Filters

Convenience: integrated filters eliminate the need to carry separate filtration devices, reducing pack weight and simplifying the hydration process.

Safety: provides protection against a wide range of waterborne pathogens, ensuring safe drinking water from natural sources.

Taste Improvement: filters out particulates and reduces chemical tastes, making water more palatable.

Environmental Impact: reduces reliance on single-use plastic bottles by enabling users to refill from natural sources.

How to Use

Fill: the reservoir or bottle with water from a stream, lake, or other source.

Filter: drink directly through the bite valve (with LifeStraw filter) or treat with UV light (All Clear).

Maintenance: regularly clean the filter or UV cap according to manufacturer instructions to maintain effectiveness and longevity.

Practical Applications

Hiking and Backpacking: ideal for sourcing water from natural streams and lakes.

Travel: useful for ensuring safe drinking water when traveling in areas with uncertain water quality.

Emergency Preparedness: provides a reliable source of clean water during emergencies or natural disasters.

CamelBak's built-in filters are designed to make accessing clean water easier and safer for outdoor enthusiasts, travelers, and anyone needing reliable hydration solutions.
