​If you find the shoe to be the right length but your foot needs extra space or a more snug fit, consider an alternative width. The following is a basic reference, but ultimately, the shoe needs to hug your heel, support the arch and mid-foot without being tight, and provide enough room for your toes so they don't hit the front of the shoe and have room to spread sideways.
